10. Personalized Plans via Video Consultation
From day one, you will have access to an exclusive video consultation service where our experts will help you design and implement fully digital and personalized health plans for the whole family. You can track your progress and evolution on your mobile through the Mi Sanitas app.
Digital Nutrition Program: Set your goals with a nutritionist and achieve them with menus and recipes designed for you. Plan your shopping list and track your meals to monitor your progress.
Digital Personal Trainer Program: Design exercise plans with your personal trainer to reach your goals, whether you're a beginner or an expert. You will also benefit from exercise videos to perform them correctly.
Digital Pregnancy Program: Enjoy a personalized plan to take care of yourself during pregnancy and postpartum, where a midwife will monitor your progress, whether it's your first time or you already have children. You will have a calendar with milestones and medical tests, as well as personalized advice and recommendations for you.
Digital Child Health Program: A pediatric nurse will be at your disposal at all times to ensure that your children grow up healthy and monitor their development up to 4 years of age. You will have a personalized plan with health habits, vaccine information, and recommended pediatric visits, monitoring their growth at all times.

11. Urgent 24-Hour Video Consultation
If you have any medical emergency, you can connect with a doctor from the 24-hour emergency service via video consultation in just a few minutes without an appointment, whether for general emergencies or pediatric care.*
This service is accessible through Mi Sanitas, both on the app and website.
Additionally, if needed, the doctor can prescribe medications and diagnostic tests during the video consultation, which will be available in your health folder.
*Pediatricians available Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 22 PM. Outside these hours, pediatric emergencies are handled by the Sanitas 24-hour medical team.
